Application by Brian John Roe, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 29, 2009, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Brian John Roe, Jr.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Brian John Roe to Brian John Roe, Jr., effective immediately.
