DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Donnahue G. George for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. George was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 19, 2004. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 27, 2008, George was immediately suspended upon a finding that he was guilty of professional misconduct immediately threatening the public interest. By opinion and order of this Court dated December 16, 2008, George was disbarred, effective immediately, upon his default, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law (see Matter of George, 58 AD3d 267). By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 8, 2016, George's first motion, inter alia, for reinstatement was denied. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 12, 2017, George's motion for leave to reargue his prior motion was denied. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 12, 2018, George's second motion, inter alia, for reinstatement was denied.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Donnahue G. George does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
