[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Pamela Lee for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Lee was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on August 20, 1997, under the name Pamela Terraine Lee. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 26, 2016, Lee was immediately suspended upon a finding that she was guilty of professional misconduct immediately threatening the public interest. By opinion and order dated August 2, 2017, Lee was disbarred, effective immediately, pursuant to her resignation while under investigation (see Matter of Lee, 153 AD3d 132).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Pamela Lee, admitted as Pamela Terraine Lee, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
