Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 14, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 15, 2023. Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Cross-motion by the respondent, inter alia, to impose a sanction against the appellants and counsel for the appellants.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the appellants is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross-motion by the respondent is denied.
