[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 20, 2021. Motion by the appellants Lillian B. Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust and Lillian Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust, and Kim St. Amant, as executor of the estate Lillian Spelman-Brown and successor trustee of the Lillian B. Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust and purported successor trustee of the Lillian Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust, to substitute Kim St. Amant, as the successor trustee of the Lillian B. Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust and Lillian Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust, for the deceased appellant Lillian Spelman-Brown, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the appellant Lillian Spelman-Brown.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to substitute Kim St. Amant, as successor trustee of the Lillian B. Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust, and to amend the caption accordingly, are granted, Kim St. Amant, as the successor trustee of the of the Lillian B. Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust, is substituted for the deceased appellant Lillian Spelman-Brown as trustee of the Lillian B. Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to substitute Kim St. Amant, as successor trustee of the Lillian Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust, is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including documentation identifying the successor trustee of the Lillian Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
