Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 23, 2026, and January 21, 2026, respectively. By order to show cause dated February 13, 2026, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved (see CPLR 5511).
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto,
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
