[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from three orders of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated June 14, 2024, May 10, 2024, and June 30, 2023, respectively, and a decree of the same court dated March 13, 2020. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals from the orders dated June 30, 2023, and May 10, 2024, on the ground that those appeals were untimely taken, and to dismiss the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2024, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument. Separate motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the appellant failed to timely perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
