Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 26, 2024, issued pursuant to CPL 440.47. Motion by the respondent Brandon Carcamo Castro pro se for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
