Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 15, 2024. By order to show cause dated June 11, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic as the order has expired by its own terms.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
