Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 21, 2024, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated April 14, 2025. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to consolidate the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, including the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
