Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated March 27, 2026. Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, for an expedited briefing schedule or to dispense with the respondent's brief, and for an expedited decision on the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and for an expedited briefing schedule are denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
