Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 12, 1988, and, by permission, from an order of the same court dated December 4, 1990, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 19, 1993. By decision and order of this Court dated November 5, 2025, the appellant's application for writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, the decision and order of this Court dated April 19, 1993, was denied. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court dated November 5, 2025.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
