Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, in effect, for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and to enlarge the record to include certain material on the appeal from the order dated December 16, 2025. Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making any further motions or applications in connection with these appeals, without prior leave of this Court.
