Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 28, 2025, and December 10, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order dated August 28, 2025, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated August 28, 2025. Separate motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and to stay the enforcement of the order dated December 10, 2025, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
