Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 6, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 22, 2023. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay any sale of the subject property, pending determination of the motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Cross-motion by the respondent, inter alia, to deny the motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court and the motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay any sale of the subject property.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
