Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 16, 2025. Motion by the respondents-appellants for leave to serve and file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondents-appellants are permitted to add "Williams v. Patorello (2021 NY Misc LEXIS 18796 [Sup Ct, Duchess County, Jan. 11, 2021, No. 2020-51241])," "Montague v Yezol, Inc. (2024 NYLJ LEXIS 733 [Sup Ct, Bronx
County, Mar. 11, 2024, No. 31440/2020E])," and "SMRC Mgmt. LLC v Sternklar (2023 NYLJ LEXIS 2396 [Sup Ct, NY County, Sept. 12, 2023, No. 653388/2023])" to the table of authorities contained in the respondents-appellants' brief, and on or before May 5, 2026, the respondents-appellants shall serve and file a replacement brief containing the corrected table of authorities, but which is in all other respects the same as the brief previously filed, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the replacement brief and upload a digital copy of the replacement brief with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
