[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from seven orders of the Family Court, Putnam County, all dated April 8, 2026. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of the Order on Application for Return of the Child Temporarily Removed from Home, to continue the removal of the subject children, and to direct that the respondents have agency-supervised visitation with the subject children, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that so much of the Order on Application for Return of the Child Temporarily Removed from Home as releases the subject children to the care of Maria D. is stayed, the removal of the subject children is continued, and the respondents shall have agency-supervised visitation with the subject children, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
