Appeals from an unsigned transcript of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 6, 2025, and from three orders of the same court dated January 5, 2026 ( two orders), and January 6, 2026, respectively. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the unsigned transcript and from the orders, to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and, in effect, to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from the unsigned transcript is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an unsigned transcript (see Ojeda v Metropolitan Playhouse, Inc., 120 AD2d 717); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the orders is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right from the orders are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
CHAMBERS, J.P., CHRISTOPHER, VOUTSINAS and HOM, JJ., concur.
