[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from an executed order to show cause of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 9, 2026, and from an order of the same court also dated March 9, 2026. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the executed order to show cause and from the order, to stay enforcement of the executed order to show cause and the order pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and, in effect, for summary reversal of the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the executed order to show cause and the order is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
