Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 14, 2021. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 28, 2025, the motion of the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief was granted.

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 28, 2025, is recalled and vacated, and the motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is denied.
The appellant has failed to file a pro se supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
