Appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 25, 2020, and August 31, 2020, respectively. Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to abate the appeals upon the death of the appellant on January 28, 2025.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings consistent with People v Mintz (20 NY2d 770).
