Separate appeal by landlord from an amended decision of that court dated November 17, 2025 under Appeal No. 2025-2202 K C. Cross-appeal by tenants from the amended decision of that court under Appeal No. 2025-2201 K C.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals and cross-appeal are dismissed, as no appeal lies from a decision (see CCA 1702; 867-871 Knickerbocker, LLC v Poli, 65 Misc 3d 15 [App Term, 2d Dept, 2d, 11th & 13th Jud Dists 2019]).
It is noted that the appeal under Appeal No. 2025-2202 K C is duplicative of the appeal under Appeal No. 2025-1868 K C as it is, in effect, an amended notice of appeal.
