[*1]Motions by appellant to consolidate an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 3, 2024 (Appeal No. 2025-795 K C) with an appeal from a decision dated October 3, 2024 (Appeal No. 2025-796 K C) and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal from the decision (Appeal No. 2025-796 K C) is dismissed as no appeal lies from a decision (see CCA 1702); and it further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the decision (Appeal No. 2025-796 K C) is denied as moot; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motions seeking to consolidate the appeals is denied as moot; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch motion seeking an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the final judgment (Appeal No. 2025-795 KC) is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before June 8, 2026; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal from the final judgment (2025-795 K C) is not perfected by June 8, 2026, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may, if appellant is unrepresented, serve such motion upon appellant in person.
