Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 16, 2024. Application by International Funeral Service of New York, Inc., to substitute Catherine Collins, as executor of the estate of James C., for the deceased respondent James C., and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Catherine Collins, as executor of the estate of James C., is substituted for the deceased respondent James C., and the caption is amended accordingly.
