Appeal from a purported resentence of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, imposed December 10, 2021. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the purported resentence is an execution of a judgment directed by this Court (see People v Flores, 200 AD3d 800).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
