[*1]Respondent having moved to substitute Kathleen Hughes as Executor of the Estate of Matilda Mcleod as a party to the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered September 19, 2024, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to substitute Kathleen Hughes, as executor of the Estate of Matilda Mcleod, deceased, is granted and the caption of the appeal is hereby amended accordingly, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal shall be added to the calendar for the term of Court commencing November 30, 2026.
