Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, the 28-page appendix dated February 20, 2026 shall be restored on the NYSCEF system and accepted for filing, and respondent is directed to file an original and five copies of the appendix no later than April 10, 2026 (see 22 NYCRR 1245.6 [a] [1] [i]), and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner's reply shall be filed and served in accordance with this Court's rules on or before April 16, 2026.
