[*1]An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Niagara County, entered May 30, 2025, and the Attorney for the Child having moved to be relieved of assignment,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes an affidavit setting forth in detail the efforts that counsel has made to locate and communicate with respondent, including communications she has had with respondent's trial counsel and any State or County agencies through which respondent has been placed or supervised, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to June 5, 2026, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
