[*1]Appellant having moved to amend his motion seeking leave to appeal from an order of the Onondaga County Court, dated November 21, 2025, and for consolidation with the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court, rendered January 27, 2023,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to amend the motion seeking leave to appeal is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests consolidation is dismissed.
