DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated March 27, 2023, and a judgment of the same court dated May 29, 2025. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to consolidate the appeals from the orders with the appeal from the judgment and to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, and on or before May 29, 2026, the parties shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, replacement briefs which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-14261 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2023-05118 and 2023-05119 on the covers, and the appellant shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement record which contains the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment and Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-14261 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2023-05118 and 2023-05119 on the cover; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
