DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 30, 2025. Motion by the appellant for waiver of costs, fees, expenses and for the assignment of counsel. Motion by the respondents Laz Parking Ltd, LLC, Laz Parking, and Laz Parking of New York to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appeal was untimely taken.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondents Laz Parking Ltd, LLC, Laz Parking, and Laz Parking of New York, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the respondents Laz Parking Ltd, LLC, Laz Parking, and Laz Parking of New York is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appeal was untimely taken (see CPLR 5513); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is denied as academic,
