Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 1, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated August 10, 2022. Motion by the appellant for leave to renew the appeal and to stay the sale of the subject property, pending determination of the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to renew the appeal is denied; and it is further;
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the sale of the subject property is denied as academic.
