Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 14, 2025, and May 27, 2025, respectively. The appeal from the order dated May 27, 2025, was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by Silver & Kelmachter, LLP for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
