Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 3, 2025. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Motion by the respondent-respondent pro se, in effect, for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent-respondent is denied, with leave to renew within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion, upon proper papers, including the respondent-respondent's affidavit setting forth (1) the frequency and amount of present financial support from others, including any governmental or other public assistance programs, (2) the frequency and source of income referenced as "my salary" in paragraph 17 of the respondent-respondent's affidavit, and (3) the amount and source of counsel fees paid to retained counsel in the Supreme Court.
