[*1]Appellant having moved for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered December 22, 2025 and February 10, 2026,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions for permission to proceed with a waiver of costs, fees, and expenses are denied, with leave to renew upon the filing and service of a new motion that includes, among other things, a description of appellant's current living arrangements including the method by which the costs for food, clothing, shelter and medical care are met for herself and the dependents in her household.
