[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Barry Robert Gainsburg for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Gainsburg was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 22, 1994. By opinion and order of this Court dated October 9, 2024, Gainsburg was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, commencing November 8, 2024 (see Matter of Gainsburg, 233 AD3d 49).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Barry Robert Gainsburg, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
