On the Court's own motion, and upon papers timely filed in opposition to the motion by the appellant which were not previously considered by this Court, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 20, 2026, in the above-entitled proceedings is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeals from seven orders of the Family Court, Putnam County, all dated April 8, 2026. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of the Order on Application for Return of the Child Temporarily Removed from Home, to continue the removal of the subject children, and to direct that the respondents have agency-supervised visitation with the subject children, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
