Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 4, 2025, and two judgments of the same court dated April 18, 2025, and April 14, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a replacement brief. Application by the respondent Richmond University Medical Center for an extension of time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before June 8, 2026, the appellant shall serve and file the replacement brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, and on or before July 9, 2026, the respondent Richmond University Medical Center shall serve and file its respondent's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
