[*1]Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered April 19, 2024. In a decision and order dated June 5, 2025, on the court's own motion, the appellant was directed to show cause why the appeal should not be stricken from the court's appeal calendar on the ground that the appeal had not been properly perfected in that the transcripts from numerous adjourned dates had not been made part of the record on appeal, by filing an affidavit/affirmation on the issue with the court on or before July 11, 2025.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
