[*1]Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered November 3, 2022, to continue this court's order dated May 23, 2025, holding the appeal in abeyance pending the determination of a motion to vacate the conviction before the District Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal is held in abeyance for an additional 90 days for the determination of appellant's motion to vacate the conviction pending in the District Court of Nassau County, First District.
