Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 7, 2022. Motion by the respondent for leave to renew and to reargue its opposition to a prior motion by the appellant, in effect, for waiver of costs, fees and expenses and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 16, 2024.
