Appeals and cross-appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 16, 2025, October 29, 2025, and February 5, 2026, respectively. Motion by the appellants-respondents to consolidate the appeals and cross-appeals and to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated May 16, 2025.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals and cross-appeals from the orders dated October 29, 2025, and February 5, 2026, is denied as unnecessary as those appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeal and cross-appeal from the order dated May 16, 2025, with the appeals and cross-appeals from the orders dated October 29, 2025, and February 5, 2026, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal and cross-appeal from the order dated May 16, 2025, will be calendared together with the appeals and cross-appeals from the orders dated October 29, 2025, and February 5, 2026, and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated May 16, 2025, is granted, and on or before June 29, 2026, the appellants-respondents shall serve and file the joint record or appendix and the appellants-respondents' brief on the appeal from the order dated May 15, 2025, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the joint record or appendix and the appellants-respondents' brief on the appeal from the order dated May 15, 2025, and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellants- respondents' brief on the appeal from the order dated May 15, 2025, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
