Motion by Denilson L. L. V. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated February 26, 2026, and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by Denilson L. L. V., inter alia, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers in support of the motion for leave to appeal to this Court from the order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated February 26, 2026, and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
