Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 30, 2025, and appeal from an order of the same court dated August 18, 2025. Motion by the defendant-respondent Tung Thong, Inc. to dismiss the appeals insofar as taken against the defendant-respondent Tung Thong, Inc. on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved (see CPLR 5511).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
