Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 5, 2026. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is denied as premature; and it is further,
