Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated October 14, 2025, and October 20, 2025 (two orders), respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled proceedings, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated October 14, 2025. By order to show cause dated March 30, 2026, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated October 14, 2025, in the above-entitled proceedings for failure to comply with a scheduling order dated October 31, 2025, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]). By order to show cause dated April 8, 2026, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated October 20, 2025, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-13086 in the above-entitled proceedings for failure to comply with a scheduling order dated November 5, 2025, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]). By order to show cause dated April 8, 2026, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated October 20, 2025, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-13087 in the above-entitled proceedings for failure to comply with a scheduling order dated November 5, 2025, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).
Now, upon the orders to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions to dismiss the appeals are granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the scheduling orders dated October 31, 2025, and November 5, 2025, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is denied as academic.
