Appeal from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 27, 2025, October 24, 2025, and June 16, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for summary reversal of the order dated May 27, 2025. Separate motion by the appellant to stay trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, to consolidate the appeals, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for summary reversal of the order dated May 27, 2025 and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant to stay trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, to consolidate the appeals, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is granted and the appeals will be calendared expeditiously after all briefs have been filed; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and on or before June 15, 2026, the appellant shall serve and file the records or appendices and the appellant's briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the records or appendices and the appellant's briefs and upload digital copies of the records or appendices and the appellant's briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
