Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 12, 2024. Motion by the appellant to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Motion by the respondents, inter alia, to strike stated portions of the appellant's brief on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record.
