Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 3, 2023. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue her prior motion, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 23, 2024. Separate motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

ORDERED that the motions are dismissed for failure to pay the motion filing fee (see CPLR 8022[b]).
