DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 1, 2025, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated February 25, 2026. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeal from the order with the appeal from the order and judgment, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, for leave to file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment, and to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and for leave to file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment, are granted to the extent that the appeals are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and on or before June 22, 2026, the parties shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, replacement briefs which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2026-03283 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-05679 on the covers, and the appellant shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement record which contains the order and judgment, the notice of appeal from the order and judgment, and Appellate Division Docket No. 2026-03283 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-05679 on the cover, and those branches of the motion are otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order and judgment is granted, and enforcement of the order and judgment is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
